AST SpaceMobile's shares have seen a pullback of approximately 37%, from a 52-week high of $129.30 on January 30 to around $81 recently. This decline follows a capital restructuring, including a $1 billion private offering of senior convertible notes due in 2036 and raising a total of $3.9 billion.
