Edmond de Rothschild Appoints Alain Krief as Global CIO

Edmond de Rothschild has appointed Alain Krief as global chief investment officer (CIO) and Charles Lilford as co-head of equities. Krief, with over 30 years of experience in fixed income, will oversee €12bn of assets. He previously managed a 15-member team at Edmond de Rothschild AM. Lilford will start on September 28 and has over 20 years in asset management, including a significant tenure at BlackRock. This leadership change may enhance the firm’s strategy and investment capabilities, impacting its €60bn in assets under management.
