Open House Creative Fest to host hundreds in Torrance, California

Lauren Tetef's Open House Creative Fest will take place on June 27-28 at the former Joann store in Torrance, California. The event is expected to attract hundreds of visitors, featuring approximately 25 vendors who will offer both arts and crafts for sale and workshops. Admission is free, with an activity passport available starting at $40 for workshop access. Tetef saved roughly $24,000 to fund this festival after being laid off from her job in March 2025 due to tariff policy impacts on her previous employer.
