The study indicates that a peak seizure burden of at least 90% correlates with a 3.4 times higher likelihood of death or severe disability at discharge. Additionally, every hour of AI-detected seizure activity nearly doubles the odds of severe outcomes, with an adjusted odds ratio of 1.98.
