BYD (BYDDY) Sets Record of Over 160K NEVs Sold Overseas in May

BYD (OTC: BYDDY) achieved over 160,000 new energy vehicles (NEVs) sold overseas in May 2026, marking its highest monthly sales ever in this category. This surge included strong performance in the U.K., where it surpassed both Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) and Kia as the top-selling EV brand for the initial months of 2026. According to the European Automobile Manufacturers' Association, registrations of BYD vehicles in Europe rose by 158% year-over-year in May.
