Substantial changes to UK subscription laws by January 2027

Andy Burnham announced plans to ease the cost of living by making subscriptions easier to cancel and ensuring clearer information on contract renewals. Currently, there are 10 million unwanted, active subscriptions in the UK, with over 3.5 million people transitioning from trials to costly contracts without awareness.
