The arrangement involves establishing the Microsoft Datacenter Academy, which will enroll 48 students focusing on training and mentorship from industry leaders. Microsoft's commitment includes a $1 billion investment over two years to expand cloud and AI initiatives, cybersecurity, and develop local talent.
