The lawsuit claims the marketing could mislead consumers into interpreting growth as height gain, while using labels suggesting weight gain. Plaintiff Joanne Noriega alleges her grandson remained short after a year of daily use. Abbott maintains its labeling is appropriate and evidence-based, stating PediaSure supports children's growth and development.
