Finance ministers and central bankers expressed concerns over Anthropic's Claude Mythos AI model, which has exposed security vulnerabilities in major operating systems and browsers. The issue was discussed at the recent International Monetary Fund (IMF) meeting in Washington DC. Canadian finance minister François-Philippe Champagne emphasized the need for safeguards to ensure financial system resilience.
